My daughter has been charged with residential burglary and i need help.

Your daughter needs a lawyer. If you or your daughter can't afford to hire one, she should request that a public defender be appointed for her during her first court appearance. If you have a specific question, feel free to post it here on LawGuru.com.

Residential Burglary is a Class 1 non-probationable felony. If you daughter is not in custody, she should obtain a private defense counsel if she can afford one. If she is in custody, you can seek representation on her behalf. Feel free to call me if you have any questions.
