retail theft
if your are on supervision for retail theft and get locked for the same thing before your supervision is over with what should you expect when you go bck to court/

The judge who placed you on supervision has the authority to resentence you to anything you could have been sentenced to originally. That would include up to a year in jail and/or a fine of up to $2500. You really should have a lawyer with you when you go to court for violation of your supervision.
