Retail Theft
My 15 year old son was arrested for shoplifitn ($15.00 cologne). Never been in trouble before. Should he get an attorney?

Your son is likely to be dealt with in juvenile court, which is usually the place for persons under 17. The courts there have somewhat different rules since their goal is to make sure the young person get on the right path. However, that being said the punishments can include jail time and as a result it is important to have an attorney to advise you and your son of the process.
