Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I retained an attorney on behalf of my cousin in a criminal case. The lawyer said that the $1500.00 would take us through the preliminary. Well its turns out he was never charged with a crime. The Lawyer now acts as though he has no clue who I am when I call. Is there anyway i can recover any of my money? Please help....

I would suggest having your cousin contact the attorney for a final bill.
