Revocation Of Probation Hearing
I go to court on a violation hearing and I was wondering would the judge consider on letting me stay free while I am in school preparing for my finals next week if I was to ask for a continuence.

It depends upon the judge and the nature of your case. There is a good chance that a bond would be set on the violation, and if you can make the bond then you would be out for your exams. It would be wise to have counsel with you for the revocation matter, sending a signal to the judge that you are taking the matter seriously.
