Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Revoked Probation
I was arrested for resadintal burglery and forgery in Jan, 04. I coped out to 2 years probation and they agreed to drop the residintial burglary charge. I had my probation extended for a dirty drop, and inrolled in AA. I just got revoked for not paying my fines, and they hit me with the burglary, I was just wondering if they were going to prsicute me to the full extent of the law, or if it would be possibal to use my bail for my fines and drop this whole thing
