Revoking Probation
If someone was originally sentenced to 4 yrs probation
and he has completed all but 11 months and he is up
for a violation does any of his time on probation count
or does he get another sentence should he be sent to
prison

Since you are not in "custody" while on probation none of the time counts towards a sentence in custody for a violation.
