Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Robbery
I husband went in for questioning regarding 2 counts of robbery that took place in our town because he fit a discription. After two days of invertigating him they charged him with the robberies because the discription was a black man driving a grey car, that's it. He does have a previous record but I know that he did not do it...not sure what to do next..please help

YOur husband should never have made any statements or answered any questions. He had a Constitutional riht to remain silent and he should have done so. Now, he should hire the very best criminal defense lawyer he can afford.
