rollback time on jail sentence in state prison
have u heard if illinois is one of the states that is thinking about cutting jail time on non violents prisonors there is suspose to be 18 states..due to over crowding...

Never heard of this rumor. Rumors run rampant throughout the prisons, and 99.9% of the time they are wrong.
