school bullys and death threats
Ilive in Illinois and my 13 year old daughter has been bullied now for 3 years and recently has received death threats in class. the teachers and Principal do not seem to want to help us. Is there any legal action we can take to get this to stop

If your daughter is receiving death threats you can file a police report and possibly take criminal action. I am very surprised that the school is not doing anything, but if your daughter is in an unsafe situation you always have the option of transferring her to a different school.
