Can i seal or expunge and Aggravated Battery charge

This is a felony charge which cannot be expunged in Illinois. However, you do have the option of seeking a pardon from the Illinois Governor. This process is started by filing a petition with the Illinois Prisoner's Review Board. Will be happy to answer additional questions on this topic.
