Can someone who was charged and covicted with Burglary get this sealed?

Not if they are Florida convictions

It depends on the outcome of the case. If the person was "adjudicated" or "convicted," then NO. However, if they received a "withhold of adjudication," they might be eligible depending on what type of Burglary they were charged with. Also, it would need to be their only arrest.
