Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was sentenced to 12 months of probation, and ordered to complete a domestic violence counseling group. I can't complete the DV group because it violates my religious freedoms, and rights, I know I can't be forced to participate in something that violates my rights. Question: can the judge violate my probation and sentence me to more time in jail, considering I only have 5 months of probation left to do??

Do you want to pay an attorney many thousands of dollars to protest your religious freedom rights through the legal system? If so, I'd be happy to take your money. Or, you can represent yourself. Either way, my advice would be to consult directly with an attorney. I will consult with you upon advance payment of a reasonable fee.
