Serving a supboena
Who can legally serve someone a supboena? Can it be someone other than a court official? Someone who isn't involved in a specific case and they are not a court appointed person?

Re: Serving a supboena
Generally, an adult over the age of 18, who has no interest in the case is authorized to serve a subpoena. No license is required.
