sex crimes
if i was locked up from dec2001 until june2006 and someone pressed charges on me in 1998 when i was 16 for a sex crime and the women was 43 at the time what could happen with this case

Hello. Assuming you were locked up for the
alleged sex crime, if you demanded trial and your
case did not go to trial, the State's Attorney
blew the term and the case against you should
be dismissed.
