Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Sex Offender seeks job
I was convicted of a Class 3 felony (Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse) at the age of 14, and am worried about what kind of limitations are set on me as far as my career future.
I would really like to become a nurse, however, the law doesn't seem to be that clear when it comes to juvenile offenders.
And how will I be affected once I am no longer required to register as a sex offender?
