shollifting and second chances
i have a question. i am 18 years old and i attempted to shoplift a 26 dollar pair of sunglasses (it was actually 40% off so closer to 15 dollars) i am curious if i will need a lawyer , if i can get a second chance and how much the fine will cost

There is no doubt that you should hire an attorney to represent you on the charge of shoplifting. The penalties are too serious and the consequences for you if you take a conviction are far too important for you to try and get through this on your own. Hire the best attorney you can afford and follow your attorney's advice. Good luck.

Shoplifting is a misdemeanor. You really should get a lawyer. There are a variety of ways to deal with it. Contact my office as soon as you can.
