Whether your brother is to be tried as a juvenile is out of your hands. The decision to attempt to try him as an adult is up to the State's Attorney, and then it needs to be approved by a judge. You should indicate to your sister that the decision is not yours, and that any accusations she may make regarding you can not have an effect upon the decision regarding your brother. Whether her accusations regarding you can have any impact depends upon many things, including the specific statute of limitations applying in the state where she says these things happened, but it is important that she know, her saying things about you has no impact regarding your brother.
