Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
my son has ADHD and lerarning disorders. He was questioned by the FBI. I think they read him his miranda rights but with his inabilty to process things right away, I do not think he understood what that really meant. He gave a statment. IS there any way to get the statement thrown out?
What do I need to do to show them he ias not a normal 18 year old. He is mentally more like a 15 year old
