My son was arrested on violating a restraining order bond is set at 100thou the problem is his ex wife has repeatiled broke the order herself even moveing in and out of his home and calling and texing him then he was arrested after texing her the public defender said to bad he knows better and if she wanted she could invite him over for dinner and sex and then cll the cops sounds crazy to me

The problem is that the ex is not likely to substantiate any of what you've alleged here. If you have multiple texts she's sent to him asking him to come over (during the period of the restraining order), this might mitigate his violation and the court might either lower or quash the bond altogether. That's by no means a guarantee and he should definitely hire qualified counsel to represent him in this matter.
