Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
My son and a girl had a headon collision . She didn't survive. She was driving on the wrong side of the road. Both had been drinking both on atvs at night no lights on either one. He knew she was riding in driveway when he went to the next house turned around started to come back on his side of the road when they hit police reports state she was on the wrong side . She died he had broken ribs ARM broke in half many scrapes etc. He has had 2 dui in the last 10 yrs.last one 2002. He is being charged with felony. Why because of dui
