my son is 16 and went with his girlfriends father to do a paint job in a house. he admitted to taking two gift cards, but owners now say a bottle of xanax is missing too. what will police do?

There is no way that an attorney on this list can answer that question. However, it appears that the 16 year old will be arrested and charged with at least one crime. It is possible that he willbe treated as a juvenile but he wil lstill have to face consequences. It might be a good idea to hire an attorney.
