Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
My son, who is 18 has been requested to come into the police station for questioning regarding car break in the area. Two of his friends have been arrested and his highly possible my son will be charged too. Should he go into the police station for questioning without an attorney present?

Have your son speak to an attorney first.

Do you really even need to ask this question? Isn't it obvious that your son should have an attorney representing him right now?
