squashing a conviction
how would i go about doing this? 28 yrs ago i was convicted on a drug charge. now i want it off record. not been in any trouble since but still on record. is this possible to do?

You may expunge your record if you recieved a supervision or probation under section 1410. Otherwise, you are not able to expunge a conviction. If either condition exists, please call for an appointment.

TO expunge a conviction you must file a petition for clemency. If clemency is granted your conviction would be expunged.
