What may be the outcome and/or sentense of a upcoming court appearance for a Failure to Appear a Status Hearing on a Charge of a Class C Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct. Defendant has turned himself into the court on a FTA Warrant and has been released on $300 (10%) bond.

It is possible that he or she will be able
to negotiate a plea of guilty in exchange for
