Yes. It is called Criminal Sexual Abuse, and is a class A misdemeanor. The sentence is up to one year in jail.
Specifically, the rule applies where the "accused" was 17 or younger and the "victim" was over between 9 and 17 years old. This is the section that applies in this case.
The same rule applies where the "victim" was between 13 and 17 and the "accused" was less than five years older. For example, in two years, the boy will be 19 and the girl will be 17 - even though he is an adult, the crime is the same because the ages are so close together.
I use "victim" and "accused" in quotes because the statute could really go either way (a girl or boy could be the victim or the accused).
