Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
stole bail money
my lawyer told the court to have them send him my bail money so that he would send it to me he signed a paper saying he would and the amount he received the money cashed the check and now wont answer what do i do

Re: stole bail money
If you signed a attorney bond refund, then the attorney is entitled to the refund. If he signed a paper to refund it to you, you can sue him for the balance.
