Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
stolen boat
Our boat was stolen and a salvage yard bought it not knowing but didnt ask for any ownership papers and it has been recovered but the slavage yard wants us to pay the money thet pd. to the the people who stole it. is that legall???
what do we do???
