stolen motorcycle and 2karot ring

My ex boyfriend did not have good credit and so he said that if I helped him out by getting a loan to purchase a motorcycle he wanted he would just make the payments every month . So I got a loan out Primarily in my name for a motorcycle for him. I put him on as secondary so he could have his name on the title too once it was paid off. We ended the relationship and he still had the bike. I have been making all payments 2 money order and the rest from my checking account. He is refusing to give the bike back and refusing to make payments. Since the loan is in my name as Primary the bank said i can refinance it in just my name I want to do this however I do not have the bike and I have no idea where it is. I need it back to ensure i can refinance and then have someone purchase it from me. He also took one of my rings that i have proff of purchase with that was apoximatley $2000. It is a yellow canary diamond ring. I believe about 2karots. I have his phone number and his current address. He has 3 outstanding felony cases currently. I neeed help asap
