stricken off, leave reinstate with prejudec
Hello,
I am trying to find out how long the STATE has to reinstate my case if my case ended with stricken off, leave reinstate with prejudec
is it true that the STATE only has 6 months to reopen my case with stricken off, leave reinstate with prejudec ?

Hello. You are correct. When a case
is SOL'ed, the State has approximately
120 days to reinstate the charges. I
believe that 4 months is the correct
amount of time,and not 6 months. Will
