Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

Supervision violation

I violated a supervision statute twice. I plead guilty for a battery charge and was given fines and was told not to get in anymore trouble. Well, I got in trouble two more times, one Dui charge which was brought down to reckless driving and case now closed in different county. The other a battery for a bar fight, it seems the case was dropped since the girl i fought with did not show up to court in the same county as Dui. My court date is Jan 6th and will i need an attorney to go with me? will they find out the other two cases that were from a different counties? i am recent grad and no job. what can i do?

Re: Supervision violation

You do not have to have a lawyer, but it is probably worth talking to one if you are in trouble. You might also ask to speak with a public defender if money is an issue.

Do not try to hide your other convictions from the court... its just a bad idea.
