supreme court rule 412 a b c
what is the the law about the discovery packet? If the judge said the state to provide discovery packet to the defendant in thirty days and defendant has not recieved such packet what can the defendant do about it?

You should discuss this with your attorney. The packet is often given to the lawyer the first day in court.
