Telephone Harrassment
I have a warrant for telephone harrassment on my criminal background.How can that be when I was never arrested or formally charged.I never even knew of this warrant.Can a warrant be put on your criminal background report.

First, see if the warrant is active. You may have an active case/charge pending but you have not yet been arrested. Call me if you want to discuss.
