i was arrested yesterday for theft andinvasion i got a i bond of 1000 what am i looking at when i go to court

I don't know what you mean by invasion. I don't know if you are charged with a felony or misdomeanor. Please call and we'll discuss it.

There are many variables here. The amount involved in the theft, the nature of the alleged invasion. You should look closely at your bond slip, and there should be more information regarding the charges. There may be a citation to an Illinois statute which will tell more about the charges. If so it will have some numbers like 720 ILCS 5/16. That is only an example, but then you can see what the precise law you have been accused of violating is.
