Re: theft

A criminal complaint can be charged in the alternative, or there may be subtle differences between each count. In any event, a competent attorney will review the charges and proceed accordingly.

Re: theft

I would have to personally review the actual charges against you before I would be able to give you any competent advice, but I can tell you that there are several ways in which you may be charged. You definitely need a criminal defense attorney to review these charges and advise you further. In fact, you definitely need an attorney to represent you on whatever charges there are. If you are in Madison County, St. Clair County, or thereabouts, I may be able to help you. You may call me at 314-727-2822 for a free telephone consultation. Good luck!
