Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Hello, I am a first time offender in Illinois and I recently not to long ago plead guilty to a Class 2 felony. I am on probation for 4 years but my question is since I am a first time offender, am I elegible for my record being expunged after a number of years and if so what is the process in getting that done

It depends on the actual charge you plead guilty to and your sentence.
