Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Traffic stop in St. Louis County police found 3 rolled blunts, received notice of charge and either go to court or pay $87.50 before court date, which I did. 4 months later I received a notice that a warrant has been issued for my arrest. I never received any court date to be charged with the marijuana so how do i avoided a felony charge on 3 grams of marijuana that carries a $1500 bond
