Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I want to transfer money from my husband account to mine. will I get In trouble.We don't have a joint account. I was recently taken off the social security for our son and the money I get Is for him. I have no money.He recently started paying the household bills .I have bills also but he did not pay those. I like to do things for myself and since I have no money I'm not able to.I need help.

Hello. I would not recommend moving money to your account from your husband's account. You might be charged with a crime. Due to your circumstances, I suggests that you consider filing a Petition For Legal Separation. You definitely should have an attorney. A judge might award you maintenance against your husband.
