Many times it is possible to set up a "voluntary surrender" which will avoid the inconvenience of being arrested and which will shorten the amount of time a person would have to spend in custody. You need to hire a criminal defense attorney to explain this process further and to take care of everything including your defense on whatever charges you will be facing. If you do not already have an attorney, I have been handling criminal cases for over thirty-two years, and I might be able to help you. Please feel free to call me at the office for a consultation.
