underage drinking ticket
Is there automatic suspension of my license for 1st time offense, or will getting a lawyer help me not lose my license?

If you plead guilty to minor consumption, your license will be suspended. A lawyer may be able to help you negotiate a plea to a different charge or help you beat the drinking ticket altogether. Good luck.
