Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Urgent Please help
Can the police alter an interigation tape to cover only the parts they want to include and present only that altered version to the court? Also if a child claims someone touched them and then a week or so later come in and stated that more stuffed happened and don't the police have to get a phsyicologist to evaluate the child to see if the child has been coached at all?

You need a lawyer right away. You can go to jail for a long time
