Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was victim of a home invasion, where the person used the company vehicle "Comcast" to commit this crime. Can I sue the company?

Only if the company is somehow at fault. If the robber was an employee making a service call and if the company knew or should have known he might do something like this, then you might have a strong case. On the other hand, if he just disguised his own van to look like one of the company's then you wouldn't.
You should learn what you can about the circumstances of the crime and then go over them with a lawyer in your area.
