Hello. In Illinois a driver who gets charged with a DUI, for the third time, may be charged with a felony. This is a very serious matter. Felonies stay on your record and can affect your ability to obtain employment. I suggests that you start by retaining an attorney. To attempt to represent yourself in a DUI case is not a good idea at all.
