I have a warrent for calling into court with no possible ride to court. I was in a different town. I haven't been in any fights but my court date was for a ag batt charge. I have no money and a son I can't afford to go to jail. What can I do?

You should turn yourself in so that you control the timing. Do not do so on a Friday, a weekend or a Monday. If you have no criminal record and are stable, you may not have to post bond. If you have no income, a public defender will be appointed.
