Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
my wife has an order of protection on me, i cannot contact her by any means, in person, by mail, through 3rd party, etc. i sent divorce papers through my mother to her, did i violate the order of protection?

Why did you send "divorce papers", whatever thoswee are, to your wife through your Mother? Why not have your wife served?
