My wife
My wife is in will county right now and she is facing 3 felony charges. Being that this is her first a offense will she get probation. The charges are aggravated Id theft, forgery, and 2 counts of theft

Sentencing depends on a number of factors including your wife's criminal history if any and the seriousness of the charged offenses. Factors in aggravation and mitigation are listed in the sentencing statutes.

There is a chance for probation, but it is not a sure thing. Depending upon the circumstances she could be facing significant time in prison. Without knowing more the case cannot be evaluated.
