Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Will my misdemeanor theft charges from 5 years ago and later prevent me from getting a passport or traveling freely as a flight attendant? My charges are retail theft which was about 7 years ago and theft of lost or mislead property which was about 5 years ago.
