Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was wondering if some one gave you medicine (prescript) that you found out later that you didnt ever need can you file a lawsuit against them.

First, did you suffer any injuries? If not, most likely there is little to gain. Second, who is the "some one"? A doctor? Someone who just happened to have some extra doses of the meds around and thought you'd benefit from it? Are you an adult or a minor? Too many unasnwered questions but generally a person who is not licensed to dispense and prescribe meds isn't supposed to be distributing them, for $ or for free.If you provide more information, maybe the answer will change.
