Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I work for home health care and 1 of my clients needs to renew his drivers license but thinks he may have a warrant out on him, will this prevent him from renewing and his license and could he be arrested at the dmv?

He likely will not be arrested at the DMV but any outstanding warrants will prevent him from renewing/reinstating his license. He will need to go into court and vacate the warrant before he can get his license back.
