Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

I was engaged, my xfiance needed an unulment and my father is connected in the religous field and not only got this completed with in months but he also paid for it. John never married me...it was deceitful that he made us belive that we were to be married- the only reason why my father did this. what are our legal rights in getting him to pay for this or some of this. he broke the contract of getting married? and what about any of the wedding expenses

This is not a criminal case. You should try small claims court.
